Lamelle Serra Cleansing Gel is a soap-free gentle cleanser that has been formulated for lipid-impaired skin. It cleanses thoroughly but deeply, without drying out the skin and while maintaining a healthy skin acid mantle. Suitable for all skin types but especially dry, sensitive skin.
Key ingredients include vegetable-derived Glycerol which gently exfoliates and provides skin hydration. Meadow Knotweed Extract, an antioxidant with anti-irritation benefits. Non-foaming. Fragrance-free.
Dr Webster’s Recommendation: Lamelle Serra Cleansing Gel is a simple yet effective daily cleansing gel that provides dry or atopic skin with optimum comfort without compromising the skin barrier. It is vitally important to use a gentle cleanser that respects the skin barrier and this cleanser is gentle enough to be used on eczema-prone skin and post-treatment skin. If you need to remove make-up, I recommend using Micellar water for sensitive skin as a pre-cleanse, followed by the cleansing gel.

- Wet face with warm water.
- Lather a small amount of Serra cleansing gel on moistened hands.
- Massage gently in a circular motion over the entire face.
- Rinse thoroughly under running water, ensure cleanser is completely removed and pat dry before applying other products in your skincare regimen.
- Safe to be used over the eyes for make-up removal.
- It is recommended for dry, sensitive skin to apply suitable moisturiser immediately after cleansing to assist with lipid bi-layer repair.
