    I have been using this a few times a week at night for about a month. In other words, I haven’t been using it long enough to notice any ‘results’ or changes to my skin yet. However, I wanted to write this review in the meantime.

    I’m not loving this product and I think this is because of how it leaves my skin feeling after application. It has a gel-like appearance, but feels tacky – almost oily – after application and this lasts for quite a while afterwards, meaning I often worry that it’s transferring to my pillowcase when I’m trying to fall asleep later. I have combination to dry skin, although I don’t usually enjoy very thick creams on my face.

    I will finish this and then probably try another product with similar actives. Although, the price point of this product was very good, so I may end up back here again at some point, especially if I notice any improvement in my skin after longer term use.

    I have been using actives on my skin since I was about 20 (I’m now 38), however as I also have good genetics I got a bit lazy with my routine. I recently noticed that my skin was not looking particularly radiant and I searched and searched for a suitably active product to get my skin back into tip top shape without blowing the entire bank. I purchased the Skin Active Cellular Restoration with two other Neostrata products and I was blown away! My skin was glowing after a week – I stepped up usage of the product and started with alternate night application in that first week. Almost immediately I noticed a marked improvement in the texture of my skin. It feels and looks incredible again. I highly recommend this product!
